Live in the
Terra Mandarin Preschool believes in living in the present moment and celebrating the child while they are in preschool. I had, previously, launched a preschool that later expanded to include a K-8th program, and invariably, I found that families began to focus on the future of the child rather than cherishing the present experiences.
Coming from a parent who has two children long past the preschool years, I can honestly say, please cherish those precious years. I am also extremely excited and grateful to have this opportunity to create a school that focuses solely on those special years.
Preschool are formative years in a child’s development as these are the years where habits form. Children's brains at this age are also malleable and adept at learning new languages at an exceptionally quick rate. And the gift of a second (or third) language will only benefit our children as they find their way in this increasingly globalized world.
